Born 15 July, 1912. The son of Stuart C. and Clara (nee Peck) Langford. The brother Edith (Rasom). The husband of Glenna May (2002) the father of Gail (Cooke), Susan (Blok) and Douglas (2007).

Albert served in the RCAF as a Flying Officer. Albert was a member of the Hamilton “Flying Wildcats” football team in 1943 when they won the Gray Cup that year, his name is on the Gray Cup. Albert was reported returning from oversea 13/09/45 on the KCFA.

After the war he was a security guard at Chrysler. He attended university at Assumption at the age of forty-nne years and taught highschool in Gravenhurst and Essex.

Albert was a Life Member of the Ontario Baseball Association coaching and managing both hockey and baseball teams.

Albert passed away 4 April, 2011. It was Albert’s wishes that his body be donated to the University of Western Ontario for research.
