Son of Joseph Kelly, and of Edna Kelly, of Fergus, Ontario.

Paul first enlisted with the Kent Regiment in Chatham, ON. as a private, service number A50327. He transferred to the RCAF.

Date of Death: 13/05/1943, While flying in Wellington bomber #HE656 went missing on a night trip over France. Also listed as lost were Sgt. (AG) E. E. Lundy, FSgt. W. E. Mann, F/O’s W. W. O’Brien and L. A. Dingley.
