Sgt. Kelly was a member of the Medical Corps at No. 12 BTC in Chatham before going overseas.The CDN 5/06/45 reported that Sgt. Kelly was welcomed home by his wife and parents.

Was in Canada three years before going overseas. Served in England, France, Belgium and Holland. Promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

Discharged September 6th, 1945.

 

Oliver passed away 16 August, 1991.
