The son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Kearns. Stationed at Prince George, BC. He was reported in the Merlin Standard (1944 date unknown), he was spending his furlough with his parents and friends in the St. Patrick district. The MS 2/03/44 reported that Pte. Kearns and Mrs. Kearns left Ottawa where they resided for a time.
The MS 15/06/44 reported that Pte. Kearns, then of Ottawa was spending a two day leave with his parents. The MS 22/06/44 had been transferred from Camp Shilo MB., to Ottawa.
