Clarence was the Son of Mrs. L. Julien.  Clarence was born in 1919 and died in 1964.  He was a brother to Doris, Harold and John Julien.  All served in the war.

He served with the Elgin Regiments and stationed in Toronto, ON. The  WJ 25/09/41 reported that Clarence had arrived home from Sussex, NB. on a furlough.
