The son of Charles Garnet and Florena (nee Baker) Judson. Charles was married to Emma (nee King) and the father of Dwayne. They were living at 315 Main St., Wallaceburg.

He trained at Windsor, Ipperwash, Stratford. He was 22/07/1943. He was injured and hospitalized during overseas training. 

He served in England and Belgium. It was while near, Holland was KIA.

KIA – Date of Death: 02/11/1944, in Holland.
