Hair: Blonde. Slightly bow legged, Two Scars left side, Large scar left side and a scar oh his right wrist.

He served with the 186th from Mar. 1/16 to 4 July 1917.

He was qualified for Service for Canada Only 1/03/16 at Chatham. By 31/08/1917 he was Medically Unfit. “Proceeding On Discharge at London, On. Contraction left lung (following operation for empyema. 23/03/1917 – due to Empyema. Discharged Class 3    

Cecil applied for the War Veteran Allowance at Toronto 2/04/1964 at Ottawa. Notification of Death 880473 – Date of Death 23/10/70 at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto, ON.
