Clearing Service: Discharge from the service 21/11/1919 – Under Demobilization R.O. 1420.  “Right Inquinal Hernia – Operation Scur. Proceeding on Discharge: L. Sergt. – Clearing Service Command 21/11/19 at Quebec – Routine: 1420 – 26/03/19 – Ceases to attached 2nd C.C.D.
