R.C’C. France, 17/05/17 – No.2 Construction Batt. He was transferred to England – Bramshott. He was struck of strength 

Returned to Canada and discharged from service at No. 1 District, London, ON. Posted to Cas.Coy. – given a furlough with allowance to 5/02/19. Discharged from HMS 5/02/19 Demobilization.

Joseph Johnson passed away 8/01/1969 at Westminister Hospital, London, ON.
