Mitral Regurgitation 12 years before enlistment. Cause Unknown. Present Condition: There is a mitralaystolie murmur heard at apex and propagated slightly towards axilla. He has been troubled with shortness of breath on exertion for 12 years, he is otherwise fit 

Telephone Lineman by occupation. Recommended – DISCHARGED. Being medically unfit through Courses not due to Military sources. Dated 20/03/17 – Last Pay 20/03/17 at Chatham. 186th Bn. 28/02/16 – 20 Feb. 1917
