Omar was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer E. Jackson of Wheatley, ON.  Omar was the brother of William, Allan and Lorne.

Reported of Wheatley graduated CDN 8/09/4, as a Navigator.  Stationed at No. 1 I.T.S.- Toronto. Spent a weekend at his home in Wheatley. CDN 9/03/44
