His wife was living at 760 Richmond, St. London, ON. 13/06/16. Transferred from 70th to “C” Sec. No2. Field Amb.  

While training at Camp 21/03/1, AWL Forfeit 1 days Pay. 4/05/16 AWL,12 12/06/16 TO 8:30 AM – 15/06/16 Forfeit 4 Days Pay – Discharge (NO REASON) 19/06/16. &0th O/S. Batt. – discharged 19/06/16 – Forfeit AWL four day’s pay $18.50 – Mob. Camp Orders #153 sub. Para. 1052. 

George Henry was discharged from the 70th Batt. 19/06/1916 for “Bad Conduct” and poor sight in his left eye after 175 days in service. “Consequence od Discharge: “MISCONDUCT”. 322 (7) K/R. &O.C. M.1910. Conduct BAD, 19/06/16. Reported deficient vision Right Eye. No result of service. Medical Board : Recommend his transfer to Army Service Corp. There was no indication he served in that function.
