Pulmonary T.B. at Mowat Sanatorium a moderately advanced one according to chart. Must have improved according to his chart. Discharged 17/03/18 “fit to pass under his own control.  

23/06/16 – 15/08/16 Pneumonia. 54 days in hospital. “ Discharged – Class 3 ‘Medically Unfit”.

“Case was evidently a moderately advanced one according to his chart. According to his chart for discharge he must have improved and the disease apparently became quiescent.” 26/ 03/18 

Discharge with Sanatorium treatment one year for recovery. With out treatment 2 -3 years, Board 15/03/17 – Board recommends that he be re-attested and enlisted in the CEF for treatment.
