Complains of pain in chest and loss of weight also wheezing and coughs.

Discharged: as Medically unfit. Pte. at Bramshott 4/01/18 in England – “Being no longer physically fit for War Services.” 4/01/18 due to “Tubercle of Lung.” – Long Moor, England. May 1917.
