The son of Creto and Florence (nee Rumble) Irwin of Blenheim, ON. The brother of Evelyn (nee Eves).

Reported to be arriving in Chatham after crossing on the S. S. “Louis Pasteur” and being process on leave in London, ON. CDN 13/08/45.

After the war he married Vera (nee DeLeeuw), a daughter Mary Dawn. He was predeceased by his son Tim (1991). He was a cement mason, worked at Standard Tube and at the Ford Funeral Home.

Donald Creto Irwin passed away 6 April, 2019 cremation and interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
