1 June, 1918: Age 21 years 11 mos. Height: 5′ 3 ½” , Girth: 31”. Complexion: Medium, Eyes Blue, Hair: Brown, Hair: Brown Eyes 20/20, Hearing: Normal, Weight 123 #.

His “Will” left to his mother Esther Humphrey – to “all his property”. Embarked Canada  aboard HMT disembarked – England. Robert dies on board the “City of Cairo of Brochs pneumonia. Date of Death 10/10/18.

His mother received the Memorial Cross and his father received the Memorial Scroll 27/05/1921 and the Plaque (date unknown.    

Believed that Robert died of the Spanish flu. (Was wrong).
