Private Burt M. Horton trained at London and was promoted to Lance Corporal January 3rd,1918, and to Sergeant February 14th, 1918. He left Canada February 14th, 1918, and upon his arrival in England transferred to the C.M.G.D. at Seaford. August 18th, 1918, he proceeded to France with “F” Battery, 3rd Battalion Machine Gun Section, and was made Gunner November 1st, 1918. He returned to England February 11th, 1919 and left for Canada March 17th.
Discharged at London March 28th, 1919 due to demobilization.
