The WN 13/08/42(P) reported Kline was with the First Kent Regt. stationed at New Westminister, BC., he had been on a furlough at home with his family and friends. The WN 19/11/42 reported that Pte.Hookwith, First Kent Regt. was stationed at Terrace BC. Was home on leave to visit his wife and infant daughter at the General Hospital, Chatham, ON. It was reported in the WN 27/01/44 that he was stationed at Kent Regt., HQ at Port Alberni, BC.
