Harrison, William James A

 

Private William J. Harrison went to England April 1916, and there transferred to the 39th Battalion, serving as cook with this unit. He received his honourable discharge in England July 15th 1917, being over the age limit. He re-enlisted with the Navy August 1st, 1917, he was stationed on the H.M.S. Niobe, but later transferred to the H.M.S. Mildred.
