Jack served in the Navy sailing on Covettes in the North Atlantic. A member of Branch 185 RCL, the Naval Assembly in Chatham, I.O.O.F Lodge, Blenheim Fredom Library and Museum. He and his brother Murray founded Handy Brothers Heating & Cooling.

Married to Erna for 63 years. Jack passed away Monday 27 July, 2009. Internment in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim, ON

Supplemental Information Born in Bounty, Saskatchewan in 1925 the son of Orin and Maude (nee Knight) Handy. Following the death of his father Maude brought the family ( Jack was one of six children) Marion (Trudgen), Murray, Zelma (Smith) Clare and Keith, back to Blenheim in 1929.
