A single farmer living at Lavenham, Manitoba. MSA 524209 JC. Attestation: 8/04/1918 at Winnipeg, Manitoba to 1st Manitoba Regt. Note on envelope “Died at St. Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Can.

Medical at Winnipeg, Man. 8/04/1918 Class A2. Apparent age: 26 yrs. 7 Mos. Height: 5’ 7”, Girth: 37”, Complexion: Ruddy, Eyed: Blue, Hair: Dark Brown. He had a history of Rheumatism. Vision: Reye 20/30 L. 20/20. Hearing – Normal. To 1st Depot Bn. – Manitoba Regt. 

Pte. Graham was hospitalized at St. Boniface Hospital 21/04/18 with Pneumonia (Spanish Flu Perhaps).  

It was reported that he had been sick the day before admission. Upon admission he had a temp of 103, Pulse: 110, Respiration: 30, he complained of a sharp pain in his right thorax at lower costal Margin expectoration of purullin frothy spitum. 

18/04/18 Presence of fluid in right pleural cavity detected. Aspiration 40 0z. dark green thin pus.
