Was an instructor for two and a half years at Ancienne Lorette, Quebec. Where he was promoted to Flying Officer. Went overseas and was stationed at Bourenmout and Hereford.
The WN 19/08/43 reported that Bev was stationed at RCAF-Guelph and his wife were visiting Bev’s parents.
The CDN 15/02/44 reported that James Beverly had transferred from the Army to the RCAF. LAC, R209784. James was graduating from No.4 RCAF Wireless School in Guelph, ON. He was granted a two week furlough at his home on Gray St. He would continue his training at Ancienne-lorette, Quebec.
Beverly was reported on leave from Anncian Lorette to see his wife and family in Chatham, ON. WN 20/08/44. He was leaving for for Manitoba to resume his duties with the RCAF The WN 9/11/44 reported that the son Mr. and Mrs. H.J. Glover had been stationed at Ancienene Lorette PQ. was enjoying a ten day furlough with his parents. WN 12/10/44.
The WN 17/05/45 reported that the parents of F/O. Beverly Glover had arrived overseas. The WN 2/08/45 reported that Air Frame Mechanic Glover who had been serving overseas with the RCAF had arrived home and was spend some time with his Parents at Mitchell’s Bay.
