Gillespie, Beverly James

 

 

Trained in Canada and promoted from AC2 to Flight Officer. Transferred to R.N.F.A.A. in 1945 as Sub. Lieutenant Trained and served in England . Applied for ferry command in the Pacific but the war terminated.

Discharged November 1945.

Retired officer with the RCN. The brother of Donna, Christine, Helen, Lyle and Charles. The husband of Rita (nee Clancy); the father of Stephanie, Sandra, Anne, Laura, Kathleen and Archie.

Beverly james passed away 1 December, 1989 at the age of 67 years. Buried at the Sherman Cemetery, Thamesville, ON.
