Age 6/06/18 – Age 28yrs. enlistment at London, ON. 6/06/18 “Brass – Worker – 7/06/18. Present Condition: – Apexbeat visible in nipple line. 5th interspace. Palpable thrill at Apex. Maximum Impulse at nipple line 5th interspace. At Apex a presystolle murmur is heard also a Systolimurmur which is transmitted out towards Axilla. Pulse 88 – after moderate exercise 120. Returns to 96 in 2 minutes.
This man has definite history of abdominal trouble. Feb 1917 – surgeon found evidence of T.B. and in May – Several quarts of fluid were removed on each occasion. Present no evidence of fluid. – CATEGORY – “E”
