Private David J. Fox trained with the Boy Scouts and the Wallaceburg High School Cadets.

Private David J Fox enlisted January 15th, 1917 at Windsor in 241st Canadian Scottish Borderers, he went to France December 21st 1917 and joined the 20th Battalion remaining with that unit till he sailed for England January 12th, 1919 Sailed for Canada March 12th, 1918.

Discharged March 28th Due to demobilisation.
