George returned to Canada aboard the S.S. Tunisian landed at Quebec 7/10/18. Was suffering from Chronic Inerstitial Nephrite – after Medical Board 2/12/18. 11/12/18 Discharged from H.M.S. – Medically unfit. Not due to service. – Fit for employment in civil life.
