Medical : 29/04/1018  at Toronto, ON.  A single farmer living at 247 King St. Chatham, ON. Attestation: 29/04/1918 at Toronto, ON. to the 1st COR.

Henry was admitted 14/05/18 suffering from Bronchitis with pain on both sides, pain in chest and a sore throat. 20/05/18 he was transferred to General Hospital 20/05/18. Z”Bad Cold”.

Embarked from Canada at Montreal 19/07/18 and arrived in England 8/08/18 with $th CMR. Landed in France 30/10/18 and arrived on Field 1/11/18.
