Gordon Camp – Bexhill – Discharge “fit for duty. He was”Hit by shrapnel 1/10/ 18 Penetraing wound upper right chest, ullet entered below clavicle, and emerged in post auxillary line in axilla. Left thumb fractured at same time.

Healed with good results and no impairment, of movement. Shrapnel wound 4”below great trochanter right thigh. See X-Ray report as to location. No disability due to service.”
