Private Edward D. Evans went overseas with the 186th. Battalion in March 1917, and after training at Bramshott Camp, proceeded to France in June, 1917, transferring to the 18th. Battalion. In November 1917, he suffered from shell shock, being returned to England November 29th, 1917.
