Earl served in the Merchant Marine during the war. After the war he work with many food production companies, retiring from the H. J. Heinz Co. In retirement he enjoyed travelling with wife Bernice.
Earl passed away 14 July, 2010 at Riverview Gardens, Chatham, ON. in his 83rd year. Internment at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
