Attestation: 3/10/1916 at Dresden. Age 22yrs. 11mos. Height 5’ 11”. Complexion: Dark, Eye: Gray, Hair: Black. Medical completed 27/10/16.

Shipped overseas from Halifax, NS. aboard the S.S. Southland 25/03/17. Arrived at Liverpoole, England 7/04/17. Shipped overseas to France 17/05/17. Served there until Struck Off Strength 19/01/19.

Returned to Canada S. S. Olympic arrived Halifax 17/01/19. Discharged HMS – Demobilization 7/02/1919, age 25 years, scar left forearm 2 ½” prior to enlistment.
