Marks and Scars: Crescent shaped.

Apparent Age: 23 yrs. 9 mths., Height: 5’ 4”, Girth: 35”, Complexion: Ruddy, Eyes: Grey, Hair: Light Brown, Vision: 20/20, Hearing R & L: – Normal. 

1st Depot. Batt. 7/01/18 to May. MSA. CE – France and England. D 0f S: 9/08/18 – Arv. in England 24/05/18 aboard S. S. Runic from Canada – 18/03/19 – SOS  to Canada. Crescent shaped Right cheek previous “War and Arm”. 29/03/19 – Returned to Windsor. Embarked Canada 10/05/18.  Disembarked , England 24/05/ 12 – Embarked S.S. Olympic – Canada arrived 17/03/19.  

Oscar arrived in England 24/05/18 aboard the S. S. Runic. Trained at Bramshott in England.  He served in France  with the 8th CE.

He was SOS (Struck of Strength) and returned to Canada 17/03/18 and was discharged due to demobilization 29/03/1919.
