Private Eaton went overseas March 1917 and was sent to Shornecliffe, Crossed to France November 2nd 1917, wounded at Fresnecourt December 25th 1917 was transferred to 5th Aust General Hospital at Abbeyville thence to le Harve, Cardiff, Newport, Buxton, Epsom, Shornecliffe and 12th General Bramshott, left England aboard the S.S. Arraguaya September 11th 1919.
Discharged September 20th 1919 due to demobilisation.
