Disease: Chronic Gonorrhoea and Gonorrhoea rheumantism. The past 18 months – Has had intermittent ethral, discharged up to nine days ago. Suffers from pain in joint. Is able to walk only with the aid of a cane. Not a result of service or climate. “Probably yes. Has exposed himself to additional infection since his trouble started.
Has been home on Pass most of his time, under treatment by his home doctor. Since our Batt. moved to London he has been in A.M.C – TD, No. 1 and wasdischarged from there 5/07/16
In his occupation was that of a drayman. He did not have to load or unload it. He Could do that work now.
RECOMMENDATION: – Discharge Confirmed.
