The son of Mrs. John Thomas and Annie (nee Donavan) Doyle of Chatham. The brother of Lieut. John A. Doyle, US Army, Donald, Marion Alice (McEachran) and Mary Helen, Earl, and William E. Married to Antoinette (nee Dunlop), the father of Michael Patrick.  It was reported in the CDN 8/03/45, that Patrick was in serious condition in St. Joseph’s hospital, Chatham. He had been suddenly taken ill at home on leave from  Camp Ipperwash, he was on a weekend leave.

Patrick passed away 23 July 1979 at the age of 64 years of age.   Internment at St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Chatham, ON.
