Admitted to No. 12 Cdn. General Hospital 5/12/18 to discharge 19/12/18. Small boils on back and neck. Dental services 23/08/1919. He was examined for Myopic Astigmatism. He had never worn glasses. He does not ware glasses since his childhood therefore this condition prior to his enlistment.
