Served in Canada from July 1942 to May 7th, 1943. Went overseas and was stationed in England.

The CDN 12/04/44 reported Spr. Dingman was returning to Camp Petewawa after spending a fifteen days furlough with the Summers on Market Square. 

The CDN 20/06/44 reported that Sapper Dingman was with a Canadian unit overseas 

Discharged April 5th, 1946.
