Prior to his enlistment he served in the 26th Regt.

 

Medical exam after his enlistment: tattoo of woman on his left forearm. Blind in left eye, “Left eye artificial lost eye by being cut with a stick 20 years ago.” No disability due to service.   

Jacob was discharged at London, ON. 30/01/19 from 1st Cdn. Garrison Battalion.

Jacob passed away 8 November, 1957.
