A scar below the jaw on left –side. Date of Discharge :- 20 Mar. 1919 at Vancouver 20/03/19
VDG TO SEE Specialist report attached. MHS States 11/07/18 to 26/07/18 for Measles. Complete recovery. Man stated he had typhoid fever 1904 complete recovery. – Gonorrhea 14/12/18 to 4/03/1919. “Urine – tinged green and turbid. No evidence of disease.”
Albert was in Hospital for Measles: 11/07/18 (for 26 days) for Gonorrhea for 81 days of hospitalization – 260th Bn – Willows Camp Victoria VDG. Discharged 24/03/1919. Age at Demob age 30yrs.
