Case History: re Gonorrhea – “Thick sticky greyish discharge from the penis. Adm. 13/12/18 and Discharged 4/03/18 to 14/01/18 (a total of 67 daily – regarded infection) 82 Disc., Certificate: at Regina, Sask., 12/06/18 

A scar below the jaw on left –side. Date of Discharge :- 20 Mar. 1919 at Vancouver 20/03/19 

VDG TO SEE Specialist report attached. MHS States 11/07/18 to 26/07/18 for Measles. Complete recovery. Man stated he had typhoid fever 1904 complete recovery. – Gonorrhea 14/12/18 to 4/03/1919. “Urine – tinged green and turbid. No evidence of disease.”

Albert was in Hospital for Measles: 11/07/18 (for 26 days) for Gonorrhea for 81 days of hospitalization – 260^th Bn – Willows Camp Victoria VDG. Discharged 24/03/1919.  Age at Demob age 30yrs.
