Private Park Aldis Davidson was transferred from the 91st. to the 186th. Battalion and gained the rank of Sergeant but reverted to Private just prior leaving for overseas March 26th, 1917. He trained at Bramshott Camp until June 1917, when he proceeded to France to the 18th. Battalion. At Hill 70, August 15th, 1917, he was gassed and wounded; was admitted to Liverpool Merchants’ Hospital, Etaples; returned to Guidford Warren Road War Hospital, England, August 25th; transferred to Monks Horton Hospital, to Walmer, and later to Glack Hospital, Deal. He reported to the 2nd. C.C.D. Bramshott, returned to the 4th. Reserve Battalion in May 1918, and was sent to Kimnel Park, Rhyl. He sailed for Canada February 25th, 1919, arriving at Halifax March 3rd, 1919.

Private Park Aldis Davidson received his discharge March 28th, 1919 due to demobilisation.
