Moore Barracks Hospital – Patient Review: (1) Patient week, suffers from back pain legs, ankles and wrist. (2) Sleepless at nights (3) Frequently micturition 4-5 tomes at night. (4) Weight 140lb. to 126 lbs. (5) Albumin in urine – mere trace of pus. Shorncliffe.      

Invalided home while on a tunneling expedition with Sergeant Swainsbury, he fought at Ypres, St. Eloie, Dixmude and Loos before being wounded.

Sailed for Canada – 39th Bn. In reference to Pension & Claims Board: “Granted a pensionfor the period of six months with $192.00 pension 

“After discharge I married at Marshall, Texas, USA. Now have a little girl dependent on Me” 10/1/1922.
