Harvey was born 09/08/1905 in Blenheim.  Harvey was living in Blenheim, ON. when he enlisted in Windsor, ON. 14/01/1943.

He did his basic training at No. 12 BTC – Chatham. Transferred to the RCA training as a Gunner at Petawawa. He was granted a 14 day leave in August 1943 and a Christmas leave that year. Harvey went overseas 5/03/44.

Date of Death: 14/10/1944, in Belgium.
