Born in 1919, the son of Chester and Mabel (nee Hand), the brother of  Edna. The husband of Alta (nee Slater). The father of Joyce (Larsh).

After the war he farmed.

Cecil passed away 20 May, 2000 at the age of 81 years.   Internment in Trinity Cemetery, Palmyra, ON.
