Russell is from Wheatley.  He was born in 1923 and died in 2005. Russ served with the 35th Provost Traffic Control Company in Italy, France, Holland, Belgium and Germany. He was Past President and Life Member of Br. 324 Wheatley Legion. He was awarded Queen’s Jubilee Medal 2002.
