“1). – General enlargement of Lymph Glands. 2. Bullet in leg. 1-2 Before enlistment – IOWA – USA. 3. Infection. 4. Shooting accident” 

Glands of both – Inguinal regions – Both Auxiliary and the ‘sub’ Maxillaog and sub lingual regions are enlarged, the last named particularly are increased in size. There is no fluctuation nor any temperature range” 

2.) Bullet wound is  said to Impede walking. “WALKING.”  Seen of bullet entrance about 8” above his knee on outer aspect of his thigh – NO Exit. At London, ON. 26/06/1916.
