The son of  Mr. and Mrs R. J. Clingersmith as was living at 241 St. Clair St., Chatham. Prior to his enlistment he was employed at the International Harvester plant on Grand Ave., East, Chatham, ON. CDN 21/11/44

In November of 1944 he was home for the first time in fourteen months on a twenty-eight day leave.
