The Board having assembled pursuant Battalion C.E.F. and find him suffering from “Tubercular glands”.

The Board recommends that he be discharged as Medically Unfit for further service – Major, RARZ, MAJOR. A.V. Beacher 33rd Batt. and G. H. Wilson – M.O. – London, ON. 3/06/15 – 10/06/1915.
