History After Enlistment: Served in Hagersville, St. Thomas and Air Force Headquarters Ottawa as a Nursing Sister. Received the decoration of Associate member, Royal Red Cross-2nd Class.

After spending several days with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Chittim, Concession 15, Raleigh Twsp. The CDN 21/10/43 reported that NS. Chittim returned to her duties in the Medical Inspection rooms in Ottawa.
