Some fine rales in each supraspinessa and at right apex. Had pneumonia at 17yrs. of age on right side PULSE – Pineus fessa, and some inparment at the right base. Occasional squeaking rales ever Pulmonary Roots – Class “E” as in Chest. Looks like T. B
