19/12/16 – Trans at Base. 2/02/17 Shouham Trans to Gen. List. 5/02/17 Transfer to 23^rd Reserve Ba., TOS “On Command. 28/02/17  Troop ship to France. 26/03/17 to 75^th Batt. attached 8/05/17 

8/02/17 with 32nd returned to Canada 15/04/17 Returned to Canada – Surplus 13/04/17. He was SOS 24/05/17 – Assignment 1/09/16. His date of Discharge was given as 24/05/17.

Major Campbell sailed from Liverpool for Canada 9/04/17 aboard Troopship 28/04/17 to 4^th London General Hospital (St. Andrews) 18/05/ 17 “Debility” (T.S.2810. Served only in England.
